Free Shipping
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have lowered the minimum order amount to HK$1,000 (from HK$1,500) as our gesture to make home deliveries more accessible for our customers. For orders of less than HK$1,000, a delivery charge of:

• HK$80 is required for Hong Kong Island;
• HK$150 is required for Kowloon;
• HK$300 is required for New Territories.

Delivery Schedule
Hong Kong Island: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Kowloon & New Territories: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
Outlying Islands & Macau: When required (Additional fee may apply)

Delivery Methods
We use our own delivery fleet for all orders. The delivery time is 2 business days of placing your order. If no one is present at the delivery address during the time of delivery, a notice card will be left for you to rearrange the delivery. An additional delivery fee may be required. Prior to delivery, all orders must be paid by credit cards online (for non-trade customers) or cheque. All cheques must be cleared before arrangements begin.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed soon after confirmation to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. Depending on district and location you are expected to receive your order(s) within 2 business days of placing your order.

Whilst ProvenantCollection.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. Therefore, these are only estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic.
